Tuesday, March 15, 2016 – Grand Canyon National Park

At about 11:00AM we said our goodbyes and there were a lot of tears shed by children, grandchildren and grandparents. Lizzy said, “But a year and a half is so long” to which grandma said, “We’ll keep in touch on the computer and maybe the time will go by very fast.”

We have decided to use our trip to Utah as a mini vacation. We plan to visit six National Parks on our way. Our first stop is Grand Canyon National Park. After visiting the Park in the afternoon we will spend the night at a “Days Inn” in Williams, AZ and be off early on Wednesday morning.
